Oh right, hi.  I have a blog.

Sorry about that mini unintended break.  See, I'm dying.  Not really but I have this sore throat thing going on that makes it feel like I'm dying.   But I'm still working and dealing with the house nonsense but going to bed at 9 pm.  So, I apologize.

But if you follow me on twitter you would know I insulted everyone by saying I don't get the Michael Jackson hoopla.  I blame the cough syrup.

I agree the MJ stuff got a bit out of control. With the economy, Iran, N. Korea, and other problems looming over us, people were escaping from reality I guess.

I agree about MJ. I would have liked to see Farrah get a lot more attention, she deserved it way more than he did.

Dude, there was a golden casket in the middle of a stadium, and it was broadcast on every channel. I was waiting for Moses to show up and remind us about that whole idolatry thing. "Over the top" is a serious understatement. It was obscene.

I don't get it either. I mean, I liked some of his music and all but, he was a sketchy character and also, these huge iconic death memorial things (?), I think are a little overdone and melodramatic.
