Who Takes a Vegetarian To A Burger Joint?
The DC Metro Moms! And Quaker!
We had quite a party at Good Stuff Eatery, who by the way serves an amazing veggie burger. And I had never seen a minute of Top Chef but Spike could not have been more personable and welcoming.
And I brought along Amy, an honorary DC Metro Mom for the night, seen here chatting with Robin.
Drinks, fries, and friends, just what I needed after this.
(Could I look worse in that picture? What's amazing is that 8 people came up to me that night telling me how awesome I looked. That is not reflected in that photograph.)

Oooohh.... Good Stuff Eatery! I've yet to try their veggie burgers, but their fries and shakes are SO GOOD! Plus, I totally love Spike. (And am apparently the only person who watched that season of Top Chef who did.)

Having been the person behind the camera, I can only wonder what Amy thought I was going to do with said camera. Is it just me, or is that a look of total trepidation on her face?
You don't look scared of me at all, and in fact look fabulous. As does part of Robin (Robyn? I can never remember before coffee!)

Did you get the portabella (how the hell do you spell that?) burger? I was served a gross portabella mushroom for Thanksgiving once back when I was a vegetarian. (There was dill seed poured all over it.) Now I can't eat them at all.
